We were grateful to have the opportunity to collaborate on this retrofit project with Pepsi-Cola Bottling Company of Central Virginia to enhance their roofing system at the Weyers Cave facility.  Our comprehensive scope of work included the installation of 24-gauge shop fabricated metal panels to cover existing polycarb skylight panels, as well as loose laying EPS foam flute filler insulation between the ribs of the existing metal roof panels.  We mechanically fastened polyiso insulation over the EPS flute filler and existing metal roof panels, and also installed wood blocking around the roof perimeter and raised existing curbs as needed.  Additionally, we employed a precise, mechanically fastened (Induction Weld) method to install a 60 mil TPO white membrane, complete with flashings, details, and terminations.  We also added new 24-gauge Kynar finish shop fabricated  box gutters with corrugated aluminum downspouts.
