Harrisonburg-Rockingham CSB provides crucial support and services to the community. In partnership with Lantz Construction Company on this expansive project for the Harrisonburg-Rockingham CSB we executed a comprehensive roofing scope of work.
The project required both a single-ply and shingle system. The single-ply system was completed with vapor barriers, tapering systems, insulation, and gray 60 mil TPO membrane. We also installed paver and pedestals to create an outdoor environment rooftop. Additionally, accessories such as drip edges, gutters, and downspouts were seamlessly integrated, guaranteeing efficient water drainage.
The shingle system utilized 40-year GAF Timberline HD architectural asphalt shingles. In addition to the shingles, accessories such as drip edges, wall caps, and an aluminum Cupola with a weathervane were installed, all adding architectural elegance to the structure.
