Woolen Mills

Charlottesville, VA | 50,000 sq/ft | General Contractor: Branch Builds

Woolen Mills was a CM@Risk project involving the historic renovation and adaptive reuse of a 100,000 sf textile factory built in 1847 along the Rivanna River in scenic Charlottesville, VA. The building is on the National Register of Historic places and this adaptive re-use project now houses offices and commercial café dining, a public coffee shop, and brewery. We installed 50,000 sq. ft of .060 White TPO fully-adhered; custom formed .040 matte black aluminum edge metal, box gutter, and downspouts.
